Dip Tank Application
Recommend use as a chemical applicator and not a soak tank. Submerge screens for 2 minutes.
Using ER2 for dual cure emulsion:
40 Gallon Tank - approximately 14-16 oz (add 2 oz per 100 screens)
20 Gallon Tank - approximately 8-10 oz (add 2 oz per 100 screens)
Using ER2 for SBQ emulsion:
40 Gallon Tank - approximately 8-10 oz (add 2 oz per 100 screens)
20 Gallon Tank - approximately 4 - 8 oz (add 2 oz per 100 screens)
IR26 - Ink Remover 26 - Five Gallon

Dilute with water 50/50 to cut costs in screen reclaim

- Step 2 after ink removal using SAATI IR26 or other fine SAATI ink removers.
- 32 ounce bottle makes five gallons when mixed with water.
- 1 to 35 liquid concentrate with built-in degreaser.
